DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolutely disgusted with our experience buying a van from this company. When we collected the vehicle, it had only five miles worth of fuel in the tank,barely enough to drive away with. We also noticed upon driving the vehicle away that the coil light came on, we took it to get it checked out at the garage the following day to discover the DPF filter was completely clogged and was not fit to drive,proving the van hadn’t been properly checked or prepared before being sold. We were forced to pay over £400 in repair costs out of our own pocket just to get it running properly. When we contacted the company about this, they completely ignored us and refused to take any responsibility, even after we warned them that we’d take legal action. The lack of care, professionalism, and customer service has been shocking. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Good afternoon I’ve recently been taken on to talk to previous customers about their experience. I’m ever so sorry to hear that you did experience an issue within a short period of time buying a car from Phc. Having reviewed your complaint I am led to believe that initially you contacted someone re the issue and were asked to return the vehicle for us to inspect and resolve the issue. I’ve been informed this did not happen and the owners heard nothing else. Then a bill was sent out to them. I’m afraid that there are correct legal procedures to follow in making a claim. It seems that these were not followed whether lack of communication on both parties or a miss understanding. We apologise on our side. I have a direct email if you would like to discuss this further

If I could give it zero stars I would, this is the worst place to buy a car. I spent a lot of hard earned money during the pandemic, on a car that broke down every time I attempted to drive it, which was alot considering I was a full time 7 days a week community care worker. After realising they had sold me a piece of scrap, it took the threat of reporting to them trading standards for them to return part of the sum I had paid intitially, claiming that I would have paid more to rent a car. 4 years later down the line I have now been informed that they never reclaimed the vehicle for tax purposes, and I have been solely responsible for the tax of a vehicle I owned for less than 3 weeks. Only advice I can give is..Never, EVER, ever do business with these.

Hi. I’ve recently took on this roll of customer relations. I’ve spoke to the owners and remember that you had an issue with a battery on a vehicle over 5 years ago. Ideally we would like to hear of this stuff abit quicker then 5 years so we I can act on it. I appreciate I wasn’t there at that time. Having spoke to the owners they have informed me they attempted to fix the issue as they have one chance to and that repair in the garage failed and your were given a full refund in very very difficult times with the pandemic. Regards the tax the owners informed me that there was a phone conversation not very long ago as the dvla had sent a tax notice to you. They told me that they helped you with resolving it and there was no contact back till the review. It seems from what I’ve seen that it’s clearly stated on a Experian hpi that the had followed the correct protocol and proved that. They showed clear dates and that there’s been a few owners since and that it was a dvla error and they help you resolve the issue. There disappointed to hear that all there help didn’t go further with you.

Arranged an appointment to view the car. It was prepped and ready as promised. Very professional and very fair throughout the whole process. ***** and very easy to deal with. Over the moon with our new car. Would highly recommend.
