This is the 5th Car that I have brought of Dan, I always find the cars are described correctly and sensibly priced, if this proves as reliable as the other 4 I will be very happy. 100% recommended.

Contacted PHC about a car I had seen on line. Had a test drive the next day . The gentleman was very helpful going over everything regarding the car with me. Brought the car had no issues with I. One happy customer

If I could give it zero stars I would, this is the worst place to buy a car. I spent a lot of hard earned money during the pandemic, on a car that broke down every time I attempted to drive it, which was alot considering I was a full time 7 days a week community care worker. After realising they had sold me a piece of scrap, it took the threat of reporting to them trading standards for them to return part of the sum I had paid intitially, claiming that I would have paid more to rent a car. 4 years later down the line I have now been informed that they never reclaimed the vehicle for tax purposes, and I have been solely responsible for the tax of a vehicle I owned for less than 3 weeks. Only advice I can give is..Never, EVER, ever do business with these.

Hi. I’ve recently took on this roll of customer relations. I’ve spoke to the owners and remember that you had an issue with a battery on a vehicle over 5 years ago. Ideally we would like to hear of this stuff abit quicker then 5 years so we I can act on it. I appreciate I wasn’t there at that time. Having spoke to the owners they have informed me they attempted to fix the issue as they have one chance to and that repair in the garage failed and your were given a full refund in very very difficult times with the pandemic. Regards the tax the owners informed me that there was a phone conversation not very long ago as the dvla had sent a tax notice to you. They told me that they helped you with resolving it and there was no contact back till the review. It seems from what I’ve seen that it’s clearly stated on a Experian hpi that the had followed the correct protocol and proved that. They showed clear dates and that there’s been a few owners since and that it was a dvla error and they help you resolve the issue. There disappointed to hear that all there help didn’t go further with you.

Arranged an appointment to view the car. It was prepped and ready as promised. Very professional and very fair throughout the whole process. ***** and very easy to deal with. Over the moon with our new car. Would highly recommend.

If i could give zero stars i would. A word of advice - take note of the negative reviews and not the rare 5 star reviews. this person is a *** man and will screw you over, i had endless issues with the vehicle and he refuses to address any of them.
