It's nice to meet a dealer that isn't a salesman, i turned up to look at the car and was quickly approached but only to say he'd leave me to look around the car, and that if i had any questions to give him a shout over. No pushy sales techniques, just a good honest car dealer that wants the deal to be right for both parties. He was happy for a longer test drive than most dealerships I've dealt with, honest and upfront Could. not recommend him enough.

I bought this car for my daughter and three children. As I live in Dorset and PHC and my daughter are in Stafford they kindly arranged for my daughter to view it. She liked the car so I agreed to buy it. The Helpful and Friendly Staff made this purchase so easy and they even put a new MOT on it and supplied some other bits and done other work within the asking price. Avoid buying a car from here at all costs! Car wasn't as described in AD and had clear signs of accident damage which had been repaired but not declared. Owner was very rude and there were several other unhappy customers on site at the same time as us!

several issues with the car (not huge but needed sorting) as well as with the dealer who was nice enough when he wanted a sale but ultimately has been dishonest and then increasingly unavailable. disappointing experience.

I can't believe this place is an actual business. The owner is absolutely unbelievable and honestly shouldn't be around the public let alone selling to them. We put a deposit down on a car and drove to collect it, when we got there the car was damaged and repaired, badly. A home DIY job would have been better. The repair was with filler but looked like it had been applied in a real hurry and the paint wasn't even close to matching. It was filler roughly applied with basic white paint over the top. When I say it wasn't done professionally, I'm saying anyone on their first attempt would have done a better job. It was embarrassing. When we asked what was happening and why he hadn't mentioned it (the damage wasn't on the photos) he got very angry, shouting about how rude it was to question the quality of his cars.There were two other people returning cars whilst we were there and both were not happy with the faults that were on supposedly working cars. He tried every possible excuse to avoid returning the deposit and we ended up waiting in the car park for just under an hour blocking the gate until he repaid. If he hadn't have had a customer coming to buy another car we'd have never seen the money. Fortunately, there were enough unhappy customers to warn them about what was coming.The owner here is a complete lyer. Every possible excuse was pulled out from dead relatives, son fishing, son playing football (we assume he'd forgot he was supposed to be fishing) to being late because he was hiding from someone who was a pain (turns out he was returning a 4x4 that had several engine faults and wanted his money back as well).Do not use this place. The owner just takes the deposit and keeps it using old photos of damaged vehicles. We got very lucky getting a refund.

If i could give zero stars i would. A word of advice - take note of the negative reviews and not the rare 5 star reviews. this person is a *** man and will screw you over, i had endless issues with the vehicle and he refuses to address any of them.
