Having read some negative reviews and especially one being about a Mercedes Viano, I was hesitant at first but as the dealer is fairly local I thought I should give it a chance.Spoke with the dealer and gave him less than 30 minutes notice that I wanted to come and look at a Viano (so there is no way that any magic was done to make anything look better than it really is).When I arrived I was met with a very tidy lot, with clean cars (they are outdoor so it would be ridiculous to expect detailer finish). However the interiors were all very clean, to the extent that I was hesitant to get in not to make them dusty.I was shown 3 Vianos and the dealer gave me all the space to look at them on my own and even though he knew I was having a quick look (not ready to buy) he wanted to move them forward for me to have proper look.Very knowledgeable and helpful, he answered all my questions and even suggested which vehicle was best suited to me (although he would have been far better off selling me the one I initially went to look at).Best second hand car dealer experience I have had and I will definitely buying my Viano from here.All I have to say is do not let any negative reviews put you off and just go see the vehicle you are interested in.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would! Avoid at all costs! Car was not in the condition described in the AD and clearly had accident damage which wasn't declared and there had been a bad attempt to it cover up... I pointed this out in a polite way and said I wasn't interested in the car anymore and asked for my deposit back. The guy then slammed the door shut in my face! I had traveled over 80 miles and he was extremely rude, there were two other customers that were also extremely unhappy with the service they had received. I eventually did get my deposit back but only when my partner challenged him.

Dealer is unscrupulous and falsely advertises vehicles, do not trust.I spoke to him regarding a mercedes viano, was assured everything was good, no warning lights clean bodywork, good all round condition. I agreed to a refundable £250 deposit as I was 130 miles away.I travelled the 130 miles at the weekend only to find the car had multiple dents and scratches on virtually every panel. On starting the car, had warning lights regarding the air suspension, on inspection the air suspension had been completely removed.No he refuses to refund and will not take calls, messages etc.Complained to autotrader who promised to investigate.

I purchased a Mercedes Benz 8 seater, while purchasing the seller promised so many things , car warranty for 3 months and promised to send the original key to my home address . After purchasing the car with in 3 weeks had battery warning, engine and other problems, when I called the agent or seller he denied and stop answering my call . Never trust this seller and never purchase anything from him

Today went to view a Red Peugeot 207. The owner is clearly a very dishonest seller. From not describing the cracks on the car in the description to the fact the head gasket is gone and not a drop of coolant, took for a test drive clutch is gone, burning smell, he filled the coolant up before we went out in it as we identified it was empty and when we got back it was empty again as we checked. The car engine was ticking and a knocking sound at the back maybe rear axle gone and the mileage described was inaccurate, overall the car was in bad condition and I’m glad my little sister has not been left with an unsafe vehicle. Please be careful when dealing with this seller as he is very dishonest and rude from my experience and from reading other reviews. Please look at google reviews and other places.

I don’t normally respond to reviews as I try to stay impartial and let customers who read them make their own mind up. The gentleman who bought the vehicle the next day was over the moon and having seen him the other day told me what a great car it was. If the car was as bad as you are making out and I’m as bad as you say, I still am wondering why you sat in the office for so long trying to haggle on the price and only got up and left in abit of a mood because i wouldn’t budge on the price? Think the issue is I didn’t want to reduce the price for you.

Terrible, dishonest & unethical car dealer. Stay very clear - there’s a reason the cars sold are cheap. Wrong documents given, no service history as they had been ‘misplaced’, no MOT despite claiming on the ad that all was in order. Had put down a deposit for the car I was looking to buy and after all of the above decided not to buy and my full deposit was not even returned. Never have dealt with a dealer who was so rude and incompetent.
