Having seen previous 1 star reviews I was dubious, however I called to arrange a viewing as I was interested in the car. The sales man was rude and abrupt as he was out, so I didn’t end up going. I’d be careful here as the several previous bad reviews I saw seem to have all disappeared in the time since I called to make an appointment.

Excellent from start to finish. From seeing the reviews to going any way. After meeting Dan and buying from him, the reviews are incorrect. He went above and beyond with visiting times due to schedules, and ensuring the prep of the vehicle prior to collection. Whislt viewing he left me and the family alone to with the car see we could have a proper look through. Highly recommended, will definitely use again in the future.

I couldn’t have asked anymore, ran very smoothly and went above and beyond. Great knowledge related to another vehicle we have issues with. Definitely recommend, couldn't fault the Company at all.

several issues with the car (not huge but needed sorting) as well as with the dealer who was nice enough when he wanted a sale but ultimately has been dishonest and then increasingly unavailable. disappointing experience.

I will be honest with you, I have no idea what is the problem with people. I have purchased few months ago lovely mercedes viano. Due to part service history and high milage, I have decided to get my friend mechanic to check the car for me. Owner had no issues with it whatsoever, after few test drives, and really deep check of the car we found few little issues with I have agreed with the owner that he will sort everything out for me. And guess what. Week later, as agreed, all little issues has been rectified, car has been cleaned, checked and have been waiting for me with fresh 12months mot. Aftercare? Can't fault this guy on anything at all. I have spotted another small issue, rang to the garage and without any stupid discussions, the owner has said to me to come over and he will try to sort something out. Few days later we meet, and an hour later the problem has been sorted. Really happy with the purchase, friendly atmosphere, good value for money, top man. KEEP IT GOING !!! I will definitely be back in few years ones i get bored of viano.Top man!

Having read some negative reviews and especially one being about a Mercedes Viano, I was hesitant at first but as the dealer is fairly local I thought I should give it a chance.Spoke with the dealer and gave him less than 30 minutes notice that I wanted to come and look at a Viano (so there is no way that any magic was done to make anything look better than it really is).When I arrived I was met with a very tidy lot, with clean cars (they are outdoor so it would be ridiculous to expect detailer finish). However the interiors were all very clean, to the extent that I was hesitant to get in not to make them dusty.I was shown 3 Vianos and the dealer gave me all the space to look at them on my own and even though he knew I was having a quick look (not ready to buy) he wanted to move them forward for me to have proper look.Very knowledgeable and helpful, he answered all my questions and even suggested which vehicle was best suited to me (although he would have been far better off selling me the one I initially went to look at).Best second hand car dealer experience I have had and I will definitely buying my Viano from here.All I have to say is do not let any negative reviews put you off and just go see the vehicle you are interested in.
